CSTD

The Centre for Supervision Training and Development (CSTD) has been running supervision training since 1979.  CSTD Bath Supervision Training has been officially recognised by the HIPC College of UKCP as a 'Recognised Supervisor Training' (RST) since 2016 and meets all requirements for this.

CSTD Bath has a Diploma and Certificate programme; provides in-house bespoke training and continuing professional development in supervision for all those in the helping professions including counsellors, psychotherapists, psychologists, social workers, nurses, doctors, occupational therapists, teachers and many more.

The wide range of professions we work with reflects our philosophy which is to be as inclusive as possible in all senses. It is based on 35 years of supervising, training supervisors and writing and researching about supervision internationally. Our models and curricula are suitable for many professions, theoretical approaches, work situations and length of experience. We aim to provide the requirements for professional accreditation as supervisors including those of BACP, UKCP and BPS.

I really enjoyed the course. I found it to be very interesting and learned a lot about supervision.
Ginevra Read

Warm, personal, inclusive and yet ground-breaking, the CSTD training is as transformative as supervision itself.
