Counselling can help. My name is Sarah Layzell and I've been a practising counsellor & psychotherapist since 1998, seeing clients in London, Devon and now in Bath. In addition to my private practice in Bath, I provide counselling to students at the University of Bath and also see people through Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs). I also work as a supervisor and can support your own therapy practice.
I see people both for one-to-one and couples counselling. I have experience working with young people as well as adults and welcome older adults too. I enjoy working with counselling students and offer a concessionary rate. My approach is integrative and person-centred, drawing on existential and mindfulness-based approaches as well as CBT. I am committed to providing counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment. I am accredited by the BACP and adhere to their Code of Ethics.
Supervision: I am currently able to offer reduced-fee supervision whilst I am studying for a Diploma with CSTD Bath .
